Our Aim: To educate and promote exercise and the importance of nutrition to maintain a healthier lifestyle.
Greenlight Fitness offers a range of fun classes to encourage the uptake of physical activities, increasing fitness levels and improving overall wellbeing. Including: Hooping Classes, Gym Ball Classes, Relaxation, Gym Sessions and Nutrition Advice. All activities linking together to incorporate a 10 Week programme or 1 day workshop that can also be tailored to your specific needs.
